Tapas are cheap (between 1.50€ and 4€) and it’s common to see people sharing a ’ración’ (plate) or a ’media ración’ of one dish. While traditional tapas reign supreme, new international influences and vegetarian fusion have become very popular.

Call it an excuse to beat the heat, but Seville specializes in a number of interesting and super refreshing cocktails that just might leave you breathless, and will definitely leave you a bit buzzed.
Flamenco
Flamenco is a huge part of the culture all across southern Spain, and Seville is no exception. While some places can be overrun by tourists (and the prices will reflect that), there are a number of cool authentic locales specializing in hot music, cool drinks, and great food. It’s a great way to get your blood pumping before the night really gets started.
